Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DDSAi ("the Service"), operated by EOXLABS LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is intended for licensed dental professionals, dental office staff, dental vendors, and individuals working in or with the dental industry. By using DDSAi, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Service

DDSAi is an AI-powered dental intelligence platform that provides:

  • Clinical decision support and reference information
  • CDT code lookup and treatment planning assistance
  • Practice management guidance and industry knowledge
  • Voice-to-text transcription for clinical notes
  • Knowledge base search across dental literature

DDSAi is a decision-support tool and does not replace the clinical judgment of a licensed dental professional. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the treating clinician.

3. Account Registration

Access to DDSAi requires an invitation and account registration. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used fraudulently.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Input Protected Health Information (PHI) that would violate HIPAA regulations unless you have a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) in place with us
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as your own professional opinion without independent verification
  • Use the Service to generate content that is misleading, harmful, or violates professional ethics standards

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

DDSAi provides AI-generated information for reference purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You acknowledge that:

  • AI responses are not a substitute for professional clinical judgment
  • Drug dosages, treatment protocols, and clinical recommendations must be independently verified before clinical application
  • CDT codes and billing guidance should be confirmed against current ADA publications
  • DDSAi does not establish a doctor-patient relationship
  • We are not liable for clinical outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated content

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, software, and AI models, is the intellectual property of EOXLABS LLC. You retain ownership of content you input into the Service. By using DDSAi, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We do not use your conversations to train our AI models without explicit consent.

7. Subscription and Billing

DDSAi may offer free and paid tiers. For paid subscriptions:

  • Billing occurs on the schedule specified at the time of purchase
  • You authorize us to charge your designated payment method
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EOXLABS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EOXLABS LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be revoked
  • We may retain anonymized usage data as permitted by our Privacy Policy
  • Sections regarding liability, indemnification, and intellectual property survive termination

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
